  • Hi Paul

I have exactly the same problem with updating my Trados Studio 2017.

When opening Studio the software tried to update automatically but then I received an error message in Danish saying that the indicated file was not found. Afterwards I tried to reset Trados by following one of your previous instructions without any luck. I completed a pending translation project and closed down the programme, and luckily I remembered to save it (Both the actual sdl-file and the target file) as my project had completely vanished when I reopened it in order to retry to update the software.

Now I have tried to download the Cumulative Updates which you suggested. Unfortunately, I also get an error message when trying to download the ZIP file from SDL's FTP site so now I do not know what to do.

For your information I have enclosed the XML-file related to the error message in Danish:
