After updating to the latest version of Trados Studio 2017, appending a language name to all Project Attributes

Question

After updating to the latest version of Trados Studio 2017 (14.0.5889.5), when opening a package exported form WorldServer, appending a language name to all Project Attribute Names. Please refer to the attached screenshot. 
 As you can see, "(smo-WS)" is appended at the begging of all of project attribute names. This change breaks some of our custom plugins because we are getting values of the project attributes by their names. 
 Are you doing this intentionally or is this a bug? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks

 Confirmed by our WS Product Owner. We do it intentionally. It is part of the following feature: 
 &ldquo;New features in SDL WorldServer Components 
 SDL Trados Studio now handles WorldServer packages in a similar way as it handles SDL Trados Studio project packages. You can update local WorldServer packages with more recent versions of the same package, without having to create a separate project in Trados Studio.&rdquo; 
 Before CU 5, the locale wasn&rsquo;t displayed in front of the project attribute. With the previous feature it was necessary to distinguish which attribute belonged to which locale/ project from the project group, otherwise they were overwritten and only the latest imported values where displayed.
