Seems logical to expect this! The screenshot doesn't show any problems yet though as I would expect you to have shown the failed auto-propagated segment rather than a fuzzy match like this. So in this case the source in your TM would need to be the same as the source in your segment apart from the number.
It is interesting that the number is not recognised (maybe this is what you are referring to?) so can you confirm you also have a TM attached? The number 8 looks a little strange to me but perhaps that's just a font thing?
