Error message when trying to generate a target file

Question

Hello, 
 I am currently working on a project with Trados 2015 and my client asked me to generate the file in its native file format, i.e. &ldquo;.sgm&rdquo;. 
 However, when I try and generate the target file (or even export the files), I am faced with this error message :

Do you kown where this problem could come from and how to resolve it ?

It looks as though you're missing the fietype that was used to create the sdlxliff in the first place. Without this you won't be able to save the target file. What files were you provided by your client?

I think the package was created with an old version of Studio and you just don't have anything that old in 2015. You may not be able to generate the sgm as the customised html file used is based on Studio 2011 or maybe even Studio 2009... but your client should be able to do this when you return the package.
