error messages in Studio 2015

Question

Hi, please help! I am getting following error messages in Studio 2015: 
 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' 
 'Unexpected exception when initialising view part Project Navigator' 
 'Key not found: '[lots of numbers and letters] Parameter name: key' 
 My Studio stopped responding, I cant open any file, click between Project and Files or Editor views or close the program altogether (had to use task manager). Nothing. Like its frozen apart from giving me these error messages. 
 If this is not a place to ask such questions could someone point me in the right direction, please.

Try resetting the window layout first. View -> Reset Window Layout. 
 
If that doesn't help then please try a reset. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0

Hi Agnieszka, 
 On the second suggestion... it sounds as though you don't need it so don't worry about that now. 
 On the WorldServer problem, this is trickier. What happens if you send the return package to your client and ask then to manually load it themselves? Does that work? Can you perhaps attach the error message to this thread so we can see the detail under the title?
