How do I get the target text formatted automatically as the source text

How do I get the target text formatted automatically as the source text ??? Eg Some segments already present within the TM are automatically inserted into the target language with formatting other than the source. Is there an option to enable to get the desired result?

    Not really. You need to add the formatting to target. IMO the best way to do so is to switch do tag-view only. You can do that via File -> Options -> Editor -> Show all tags but do not show formatting. This way you will simply see, why the formatting from TM does not match the target.
    In most cases this is because the local formatting in your source document does not match the style settings there. Unfortunately roughly 90% of our customer do format that way - manually instead of using styles, which would be the correct way.
