Conversion back to a Word document

Question

Thanks for all the help with my last problem. However, I now have a new one: 
 
 After opening up and translating a Word document in Trados Studio 2011, when I wanted to save and close the target document as a Word document a message 
 appeared: "Failed to save target content. An error occurred while converting fields back to Microsoft Word. Possible field deletion." I have saved documents quite a few times and have not, to my knowledge, deleted any "fields". This is the second time this has occurred, so it's not just a "one-off". 
 
 Can anyone help please? Thanks very much in advance.

This is a well-known problem and due to the fact that you have source segments containing a <field> tag, where the <field> tag has not been transferred to the target. <field> tags appearing in a source segment must ALWAYS be transferred to the target, otherwise you'll not be able to save.

Search your document for source segments containing such tags and correct the target accordingly. These tags usually appear when you have a web hyperlink.
