Google Spreadsheets Excel (Converting in Trados Studio 2015)

Question

Hello, 
 I want to convert Google Spreadsheets (Excel) in Trados Studio 2015. But I can not convert the files into .sdlxliff files. It is normal. I tried it it with Google docs and I had no problems.

If you look at the descriptions in the filetype settings you see this for the DOCX files: 
 
"Documents created with Microsoft Word 2007-2016, Google Docs and LibreOffice." 
 
For spreadsheets you see this: 
 
"Documents created with Microsoft Excel 2007-2016" 
 
In Studio 2017 there is a new Excel filetype, and this supports Google spreadsheets too. So your options are to either save the spreadsheets in Excel first, or upgrade to Studio 2017.
