How to remove available target languages?

Example: we only use English UK and US and want to remove all the other English variants from the set upt to remove all the other English variants from the set up.

I'm afraid you can't. You select one variant and you get them all. However, there is a recently used languages feature when you open files for translation so this reduces the number of variants you have to trawl through in practice.
