SDLTRADOSSTUDIO.EXE - ERRORE DI APPLICAZIONE

Hello, 

I bought trados 2017 about five months ago (I have a brand new Asus and windows 10) and it worked smoothly for all the time.  Yesterday my computer went loopy and I managed to start it up again finally in the evening, but now trados (and multiterm) won't work. They simply won't open.

I get the message SDLTradosStudio.exe errore di applicazione

x impossibile avviare correttamente l'applicazione (Ox0000e5) Fare clic per chiudere l'applicazione.

Fortunately I have two licences so I am working on the other older pc, but I need to sort this (obviously).  I am not technologically gifted. Do I need to pay for a support package to get help?  I called an ordinary computer technician a couple of years ago when something else happened, but he knew absolutely anything about trados (I knew more and that is saying a lot).
