Reinstalling Trados after PC formatting

Hello, 
 I'm about to format my PC because it's not been operating right and it's probably going to crash any day now. 
 I've got SDL Trados Studio 2011 (freelance plus license) installed, and my question is this: 
 What do I need to do before the formatting? Deactivate my license? I've written down my activation code. Do I need to do anything else? 
 Also, since it's been years since I installed Trados in the first place, can someone please help me - or provide a link - with the steps needed to reinstall Trados after the formatting?

The process would be this: 
 
1. Deactivate your licence under the Help menu (Product Activation) 
2. Format your PC 
3. Download the latest installer from your account 
4. Activate it with the licence you returned 
 
If you find you can't activate the product because the licence is showing as in use then you can reset the licence following the steps in this article. 
 
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
