Object reference not set to instance of an object

Hello,

We are having an issue trying to import the attached file into TRADOS.
When importing it as a single document it takes a lot of time and the loading bar freezes.

Similarly, when we create a new project and try to load it as a file, the following error is generated:

"Object reference not set to instance of an object"

I think the first thing to do is upgrade to the latest version of 2015. You have a free upgrade to SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR3 - 12.3.5281.10 in your account and this also has a new excel filetype as well as fixes for previous versions.

I think the first thing to do is upgrade to the latest version of 2015. You have a free upgrade to SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR3 - 12.3.5281.10 in your account and this also has a new excel filetype as well as fixes for previous versions.
