Do you know of a documentation writing tool that is fully compatible with Trados? Thanks!

Hi, 
 We have been using Trados for 5 years now to translate our documentation and it's perfect, but the writers of the company are using Flare (from MadCap) to write the documentation and this is a problem. MadCap is not the best solution for us because their Support team is not worldwide and they don't even reply everyday (which means we've reported an error more than 3 weeks ago and there is no solution yet). Do you know of a documentation writing product that is fully compatible with Trados and that, ideally, has worldwide Support?
