Error message - File version identification

Question

Hello, 
 I keep having an error message and cannot open my files: 
 - 1 .doc to be prepared 
 - 1 .doc.sdlxliff from a return package 
 I don't understand what is going on and would appreciate any help to solve this. 
 I have already tried deleting the projects and starting again, as well as saving the files as another version of Word, nothing seems to work...

It would help to know the following: 
 
1. The exact error message. You can even post the error file in here so we can see it all 
2. What version of Studio you are using (although we could see this is you shared the full error message) 
3. When the error occurs exactly. So what you were doing at the time.
