Preview of target text according to segment status (different colours)

Question

Hello, 
 does anyone know of a posibility to set the preview, so it would show which units belong to which category in terms of Segment status (in different colours as in the exported billingual review, perhaps)? Or is there possibly a plugin/app with this function?

 PS: I'm using Trados 2015.

This is not possible out of the box. You might be able to achieve this if you have developer skills using the APIs, or if you have some budget to employ a developer to do this for you.
