I don't seem to be able to confirm all the segments at once. This happens with different files.
I do not get any error message, but the only way to confirm the segments is to do it one by one.
Any ideas?

It depends how you are trying to do it. You can't select them all, press Ctrl+Enter and have them all confirmed. But you can select them all from the left column and then right-click and change status to confirmed. Then you would run a batch task to update them into your TM.
