Since upgrading to Studio 2017 I have noticed that saving some (not all) files takes a very long time. Regardless of the file size or number of segments the saving process takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute (even with 1 page documents), where previously it only took a fraction of a second. All my resources are stored locally on fast SSD hard drives, so there is no reason for the saving to be this slow, moreover, some (even large) files will save quickly. Can someone assist please? I don't see any pattern - specific file type or size - the issue relates to all kinds and sizes of files. Upon closer inspection I have noticed that the save indicator at the bottom of the screen disappears rather quickly, however, the editor remains unusable for another half a minute showing the round shaped mouse pointer - no idea what Trados is doing in that time.
