Oh I do hope that you're right! They're not giving any hints on the Microsoft users' forum on FB as to whether/if there will be a Surface phone. I'm hoping that my Lumia will hold out long enough till it is launched, if it is launched. Windows Phone is for me the only logical phone to have if you use other Windows hardware. They interface so well. I guess I'm weird as I hardly know anyone who prefers Windows Phone to Android or iPhone...

I totally agree with you. I am also (stubbornly?) holding on to my Lumia 640 XL LTE phone, simply because, for me, it is far superior to any non-Windows phone and so much easier to use. It is a hopeful sign that Microsoft is still updating and upgrading it.

I also have a Lumia 640 XL LTE! It is so useful, the way it handles emails and internet is more like a computer than a phone and it seamlessly interacts with my PC and Notepad. Wherever I am, I can be in touch with everything I need to access without having to take my computer (unless of course I want to use Studio ;-). It just makes such good sense to have the same OS on my phone as on my PC and my Notepad.

I will be very disappointed if there isn't a Surface phone out soon. Though there is an OS for Android that imitates Windows Phone and I've heard some positive things about it. I can't remember what it's called...
