Message in French "Une exception a été levée par la cible d'un appel"

Hello 
 I use SDL Trado Studio Freelance 2014 on a MacBook Air, via Parallels. 
 I recently changed my hard disk from 120 Gb to 480 Gb. The new hard disk works OK but it is indicated as an external disk for some reason. The installing company say this is normal, but Apple Care say this is unusual. 
 I translated a file today using SDL Trados but when I tried to finalise I got the above message and SDL Trados closed down. Double-clicking on the SDL Trados icon produces the same message. I can no longer use SDL Trados. 
 Any ideas?

Hi Andy Tooms , I can't give you a solution, I have no experience of using Studio on a Mac via Parallels. I can however give the translation of the error message in case someone who doesn't understand French can help you: "Une exception a &eacute;t&eacute; lev&eacute;e par la cible d'un appel" "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" In the meantime, I can point you to where you might be able to find information for yourself... 
 If you search for this error message in English on the Community using the Search entry at the top of this page, you will certainly find others who have had the same problem resolved (probably on a PC). Also, do search in the knowledge base as there are definitely articles on this error message... here: gateway.sdl.com/CommunitySearchResults I would take a look for you myself but I'm rushing as I'm off for the weekend and hubby is waiting...
