reinstallation of the trados 2017

Hi, everyone.

 

I used the trados 2017 trial version and deleted it before. And nowadays, I want to reinstall and activate the licensing version, but the software does not install on my computer. The window screen shows the completely installed sign but can not create the action icon to put on the activate code which I purchased on the main screen and the start menu either. Please help me to solve the problem.

  • Check in the Control panel via installed programs, if there is any SDL Trados Studio listed. There should be "SDL Trados Studio 2017 - remove suite of products". Uninstall using this, click then on any left over product and click "Uninstall" then. Windows will tell you, that the product has already been uninstalled, but will then remove it from the list. Restart the PC and install then again. When installing, copy the installation file on the desktop, right click it and let it run as admin.
