A similar, reproducible error in SR1 has been a persistent issue for me perhaps since the initial release of Studio. Alison's advice does not work for me, unfortunately, and successive versions of Studio have never fixed it, even when installed on different computers.

I can reproduce the error by closing the navigation button pane as shown and attempting to switch views (between Projects and Editor, for example).

Would prefer to keep the button pane closed, but this has never been possible unless I avoid switching views. Perhaps an error related to the Infragistics UI.

Any advice appreciated.

Interesting, I tried to reproduce the behaviour you describe but it works as it should for me.

I ran search for 'Infragistics' on the SDL Community and found a few threads that mentioned Infragistics in the past. One case was passed to development by Romulus Crisan so perhaps he can shed some light on this. Another was handled by Daniel Brockmann so maybe he'll be interested in this.

I hope you find the help you need, or at least this can be useful to the developers...

In case it is relevant, I should mention that I have tinkered with various ISL files included with the Color Theme Plugin app, but only by modifying colors. I am fairly sure the error message was displayed before my tinkering.

On the topic of Infragistics, I would be grateful if Romulus or Daniel could tell me how to hide the "Editor" label shown in my previous screenshot. (I suppose that might be easier than hiding the buttons, which I also wish to do.)
