Desactivate without acces to Trados

Question

My Trados won't open anymore and if I get it right, I need to go in to desactivate my lisence. 
 How can I do this if Trados is not opening? 
 Can somebody please help?

Hi Ellen Veensma , 
 
It's always a good idea to tell us the version you are using. You can reset your own license for all the versions, but slightly different instructions for for each of three types of licensing systems we had: 
 
SDL Trados 2007 and SDL Trados Studio 2009. 
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions. 
 
SDL Trados 2011 and SDL Trados Studio 2014. 
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions. 
 
SDL Trados 2015 and SDL Trados Studio 2017. 
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
