Generating Target File throws "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Question

Hi, 
 I am loosing my mind on one chapter (Framemaker .mif) of a translated manual. All other chapters were generated as target files as expected, just this one throws "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I googled and tried everything I could get my hands on, but to no effect. Knowledgebase shows this happens on a lot of tasks in Studio, I have not found a solution considering the generation of target files. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have to deliver the files and am getting mad... F8 Check does not return any errors. Thanks for your feedback! Dieter

Can you open the sdlxliff on it's own outside the project and see if that will save target? 
 
If not, then can you pretranslate that chapter again as a new project from your TM and see if that will save target?

Thanks for the files. The problem was the incorrect transfer of tags from the source to the target in one segment. I corrected it and sent you the target file.
