German numbers

Ever since I started using Studio 2013, the system has failed to recognise German number (1'000, 1.000, 1000) and date (21. Juni 1966) formats. This is still the case with Studio 2017 SR1, which is irritating for all sorts of reasons that I probably don't need to go into here. I've raised the issue a number of times at workshop events. Is anyone looking at the problem?

  • This is very strange, as I do translate GE-PL and the system is recognizing MOST of the numbers. Only sometimes, where the numbers are separated by spaces, some problem occurs. So this must be an isolated problem on your computer, but is certainly not of a general nature.
