Hello. In Studio sometimes the term recognition feature seems not to recognise all fuzzy matches in my termbase. When I check the Excel file from which the tb was created, sure enough the term/s are there. Why is this?

I think you are mixing up Translation Memory settings with Termbase settings. Click on here and you get taken to the right place:
Then click on the Search Settings here:
Try reducing your minimum match value to less.
