Only Product Update Infos in the Product Updates Forum?

Hi,
 I have subscribed to the Product Updates forum in order to be notified about product updates by e-mail. As far as I understand, this is the purpose of this sub-Forum, according to the post Subscribe to this forum and get notified when a new Product Update is released for SDL Trados Studio, SDL GroupShare and SDL MultiTerm .

Now I am increasingly getting e-mail notifications regarding user-specific problems. 

Although I fully understand theses concerns, I'd appreciate if this sub-forum could stay a SDL-only Product Update forum; and user-specific issues were  moved to the "SDL Trados Studio" forum or somewhere else.

Or is there some other place where I can subscribe for product updates only, like in the corresponding KB article in the old Talisma knowledge base?

    It is intended to be for updates only... and I normally keep on top of moving them into the appropriate forum. But I got a little behind in the last month.

    You could subscribe to twitter, but you get all the rest of the stuff in there too. Maybe we can start a product update twitter account and use that for sending out updates. That might be better but won't be foolproof. Talisma was good for this as it was one way traffic only, but we don't have this facility anymore.
