Myself and the translator I'm working with are having an issue with the actual word counts not matching up at all with the analysis created in Studio 2017.

We are translating several .docx files from English into Spanish (International). One set of files is in one folder and another set is in another folder (let's call them the Bodyside folder and the Framing folder). The Bodyside folder is strangely fine and isn't giving us any issues. The Framing folder on the other hand is where we're experiencing issues. We're using a TM for Spanish (International) provided by the client. Everything processes through just fine without any errors. However, when we examine the analysis and actual word counts of the Framing folder files, they don't match up at all. For example, one file came up in the analysis as having 19 No Matches when in reality there were 90 No Matches.

We've tried multiple things and have tinkered with the settings for this project in many ways (too many to list here) and we continue to have this issue. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? More importantly, does anyone know how we could resolve this or know of a workaround?
