Hello, 

I'm writing because I've encountered what seems to be a recurring problem. The problem has occurred during the two last projects I performed. Both projects happened to be from the same client. I use Studio 2017 on Windows 7. 

I receive the project package from my client and open it up. Everything seems to be in order. My TM and termbase seem to be functioning. At a certain point, the client TM disappears and I am left with my project TM. The termbase is still there, but I have noticed terms are missing. I check the project settings, and I see the following: 

The top line is the client TM (which I have sloppily redacted for confidentiality purposes) and the second is the project TM. A red X appears next to the client TM and I cannot enable it. The termbase settings seem fine.

Any ideas as to what is happening? Is this a problem on my end or my client's end? I believe my client is using Studio 2014.
