SDL 2015 does not open packages. Gives Error Message.

Question

Clicking "Open Package" produces an error message. The error message starts with: "Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture (or the neutral culture) on disk." 
 I finally managed to open one of the bilingual file, using the "translate single document". 
 Can you please advise on how to proceed.

Hi Yasser, 
Sounds like you already know how to change the package name from *.sdlppx to *.zip. Open the zip file and extract all sdlxliff files from the TARGET language folder. Also extract any TMs and Termbases. Now you can set up your own project and translate the files. 
When you have finished and you are ready to return the translations, you can create target files if your customer needs them, or simply create a zip file using the translated sdlxliff files in the TARGET language folder of YOUR project. These files are all that would have been in the return package anyway. Your customer can use these files to overwrite the same files in the TARGET folder of his project.
