How can I confirm all the translated sentences in a file at once?
Hello,
You mark all segments (make sure, that the first segment of your document is highlighted in blue - that means that the segment is actif, than you go to the end of the document, you position your cursor in the segment number field and mark all segments by pressing shift-left mouse click.) All segments are now marked in yellow,
than with right mouse click you activate the contextuel menu in the segment number field and with the menu shown below you change all segments in the status translated as shown below
But don't forget: this command changes only the status, but doesn't put any of your segments in your translation memory. In order to do this, you have to run the batch task: update main translation memory.
