error: index was outside bounds of the array

Question

Please help, 
 My Studio 2015 stopped working after this error message appeared: Index was outside bounds of the array. I have googled for tips how to resolve this but all I'm getting is tips for studio 2014 or when one is using GroupShare etc. I am not using anything else apart from my Studio 2015 and my own TM. the error message appears only in the segments with a hyperlink. 
 Please, can anyone provide me with an easy solution!

If you open the source file again, add your TM and enter the offending segments do you still get the error? Do you get the error without your TM?
