Real-time preview not working with Office 365

Question

Dear all, 
 I'm using Microsoft Office 365 and I can't seem to be able to get a real-time preview of my Word files. I get this message: 
 
 Is there a way around this problem?

Hi Damián Santilli , What version of Studio and which filetype are you using in Studio? You might find using the new Word filetype will improve things.

No. That is for DOC files. So I guess this means you have Studio 2017 SR1. Was the file a DOC or a DOCX? Preview with 3656 will only work with a DOCX.
