Getting started part 1 question. Fragment match shown instead of translation result

Hello, 
 Not a big problem here and I'm hoping someone can just clarify my understanding. 
 As per the workbook for the section on pdfs, I started this translation and immediately merged segments 1 and 2. The results window immediately changes to fragment matches and provides a hit for "setting up your answering machine". But in the translation results window, I get no results. I've researched the segment with "lookup translations". LookAhead is turned off. Based on a concordance search of the entire segment "setting up your answering machine" is a 77% match on the segment but doesn't show up in the translation results tab despite my settings for translations results set to above 70. Just curious why it doesn't show up there.

77% is the matching rate used by the concordance search, not the same matching algorithm as used by the normal automatic matching. 
 
Looking at the match you found with concordance, "User guide to setting" is different ("setting" is different due to the capitalization I believe). 
If you set your match threshold to something like 50%, most likely it will appear. I estimate it is a match between 50 and 60% with the normal matching algorithm.
