Error "saving as" in Trados Studio 2017 - A name cannot start with the character '

Question

Hello
I really don't know what is this?
I have finished my translation and I am going to save the document as a Word file, so I go to "Save as" I select docx... and I get a severe error in a Window, that says this:
Error: A name cannot start with the character '<' hexadecimal value 0x3C, Line 2, Position 3835
I am not saving my document with any < character... I am not saving this <translation.docx. No, I know you cannot use these kind of special characters, like <!"*/ etc.
But anyway, I cannot save the translation as a DOCX file because I get this misterious character <, and it says Line 2, Position 3835
Anyone knows what is this?

It is difficult to say what exactly the problem is, but I would suggest trying the following: 
1. Are there comments in the file? Try deleting all comments and then saving. 
2. Are there track changes in the file? Try accepting all track changes and then saving.
