Import an excel memory

Question

Hi, I received an MT on an Excel file and I want to import it into my studio memory. I tried to process it as a bilingual excel file project, but everything (source and target) appears in the target column in Studio. I then saved the excel file in txt, convert it into TMX with Olifant and import it into my Studio MT, but it seems Olifant wasn't able to recognize french symbols (&eacute;, &ecirc;, &egrave;, &ugrave;, etc.) and other symbols such as &deg; and non breakable space. Instead, I have this � everywhere. 
 
 Any idea how I can do to use this excel file in my Studio MT? Or a better converter that wouldn't mess with such delicate french Symbols?

... or just convert the excel file to a TMX with the Glossary Converter and then import the TMX.
