HELP! Cannot import a project package from a client?

Question

Hello! I am a very very novice user of Trados Studio 2015. 
 From 17th Aug, I am unable to import a translation package from a client. When I try to open a package, I get a message saying "Multi term is unable to create a term base. Not valid file name". First time when it happened, I was able to work around it by restarting the computer, and downloading the package again, but now no matter how many times I restart or download the package again, I am unable to open the package. 
 I have tried with the older projects, which I was able to open and work on it before, and I still get the same message..... 
 Could someone help me solve this problem, please? 
 I work on Windows8.1 laptop. and it's a Worldserver package.

Hi Tomoko Sembongi , 
 
See if there are any non western characters, or accented characters in the filename, or the path to the file. If there are try saving the package in a location where there are no such characters and try again. 
 
If that doesn't help try putting a .zip at the end of the package name, open up the package and see if the name of the TBX file inside looks unusual. You could also send me the package if that's ok and I'll be interested to take a look? pfilkin@sdl.com

I think the first thing to do is make sure you have the latest version of Studio 2015 and Multiterm 2015 installed. They should be: 
 
SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR3 - 12.3.5281.10 
SDL MultiTerm 2015 SR2 - 12.2.1657.4 
 
Can you confirm this, and if you are not then please download the installers from your account and update. Then try again.
