Keyboard shortcut Control+Enter does not work in Studio 2017.

Question

Suddenly the keyboard shortcut [Control + Enter] for confirming and moving to next untranslated segment has stopped working in my Studio 2017. 
 I went to File > Options > Keyboard shortcuts, tried to reset it, but was told that it was in conflict with the "copy" shortcut (Control +C). I checked on the list of shortcuts, and there is no conflict. "Copy" is listed as [Control + C], yet it keeps telling me that there is a conflict. 
 What can I do?

Maybe you have some sticky keys? The old IBM shortcut for copy which still works in Windows today was Ctrl+Ins so maybe this key is causing some conflict? Just guessing... but when I have come across this sort of thing in the past I often find moving my hand across the keys to depress them all (with a grumpy expression on my face) cures it. 
 
Seriously... I don't think this is a problem with Studio, rather one of your keyboard somewhere.
