An Excel file with a single sheet and roughly 900 words took 50 (fifty) minutes to package. And Studio is, of course, blocked the whole time it is grinding away. Using Studio 2017 SR1 with the update that followed (I would look for actual release, but... Studio is churning away on a package). We recently migrated our GroupShare server from one domain to another and had some issues with that, which were resolved by renaming the Projectapi and SDL Trados Studio folders to reset Studio to factory settings per the knowledge base. And if had to due with the server, wouldn't project creation be similarly affected?
