Hello to all.

I am new to SDL Trados Studio, and I have been watching and reading tutorials explaining how to use translation memories.

I have translated a file halfway and I wanted to make use of the translation memory, so I selected "Batch Tasks" > "Update Main Translation Memories." No results, the translation memory remained empty. I then selected "Update Project Translation Memories" and, again, there were no tangible results, and the translation memory remained empty. I selected "Finalize," but it was to no avail either.

Afterwards, I selected "Update Main Translation Memories" again, and I noticed that the results of the tasks indicated 21 "warnings" (see picture below).

So I decided to check the "Results" option, and I was shown this (see picture below).

All of them are "Unspecified errors" and the result is that none of the segments is added to the translation memory. I am working on a random .DOCX file.

So far, I have confirmed every segment with CTRL+ENTER.

Also, I have checked the "Update" box of my translation memory.

I have tried closing the program and then launching it again, and nothing changes.

I have tried updating the translaion memory with other projects and I get the same error, no matter the filetype.

If anyone knows what I can do to update my translation memory, it would be greatly appreciated.
