Segments

Question

Hello, I need some help. While translating in studio 2017, from a certain point the segments are confirmed but there is no text even if I haven't confirmed them.

Hi ROSALIA PROVENZI , 
 
I'm not sure why this happened, but you can select all the segments and change the status back to untranslated. Click on the first segment number that is confirmed with no text, hold down the shift key and click on the last segment number. This should highlight them all. If you then press Ctrl+Insert to copy source to target, then Alt+Delete to clear the target segments and you'll be back to normal. 
 
You could also change the status but I find these two shortcuts less fiddly.

You can find the plugin that kindly created to make handling this issue really easy. Shouldn't be needed, but we're not sure why it's happening (maybe a specific keystroke combination in a particular environment... who knows!) so this is a nice and very simple way to get back to where you were before it happened with a single click.
