SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1, CU7 vs error from SDL Xliff Converte

Question

Hi, since installing the latest version of SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1, CU7, I run into this error message when converting MSWord docs back into xliff using the SDL Xliff Converter: 
 Could not load file or assembly 'Document Format.OpenXML Version=2.6.0.0 Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c28cdb26c445c888' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference ." 
 Any advise please?

Why not use the built in export/import for external review? I doubt the development team do anything to work on the old tool they still deploy with Studio.
