my Studio doesn't start anymore. Even after deinstalling and reinstalling I get the same error. Any idea?
Unfortunately it turned out that I have no working recovery point in Windows :-(

I have seen this message before-
Could you manually install the update as described at the bottom of the following article please-
https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027380
( I would also suggest disabling your AV during the process as often files can be 'quarantined' without your knowledge- thus corrupting the installation).
If this still does not work- please log a (free) support ticket https://gateway.sdl.com/webtocase and our tech team will take a look to see whats going on.

Hi Burim,
This KB article only went up today an hour or so ago- after one or two support similar cases were reported.
I think this is a great example therefore of how quick our support guys can get issues resolved and then create a KB article that can be easily searched simply on the error message. :-)
