Invalid Date Strings: 29:09:06....

Question

This seems to be very specific to the country I live in now. I have started to sense that something gets worse when I find I can't open/use TMs. Now, I try to activate Trados, an error message stating "Invalid Date Strings: 29:09:06....." pops up, disabling me to open. I believe "29" (specified in the error message) refers to the current year of an era unique to Japan. Would you advise me on the solution?

I'd download the installation files again and repeat the installation with the new installer. If the problem persists then log a case with the support team. 1. Submit a case using a webform
