The translation file doesn't open in Trados Studio

I have a file translated in Spanish, but when I try to open the file in Studio, it gives an error message below:

Is there any solution to open this file in Studio?

Where did the file come from, and what version of Studio are you using? Might be you are using an older version of Studio that doesn't support this variant through that language code.
