MultiTerm not working after update to 14.1.2460.4 version

Hi,

I've recently updated MultiTerm to the 14.1.2460.4 version and since then, it's not working. Every time I try to add a new term through Trados Studio, MultiTerm says "MultiTerm is unable to add the entry". When I try and enter a term directly in MultiTerm, I receive the message "one of more errors occured". Can anyone help me fix it? I basically can't use it, which is a real problem.

  • Ok, so there seems to be a pattern emerging.

    I have successfully added one term directly into MultiTerm, and can find it again through a search. When I try and add a second term, MultiTerm crashes and is not responding. I then need to close the application. When I open it again, I do see that new term that I had just added.

    From Studio, I successfully changed the termbase viewer layout, it did add the term, but then Studio crashed. When I try and look for the term, either in Studio or MultiTerm, it is nowhere to be found. Every time I try to add a new term from Studio, it crashes.

    Both Studio and MultiTerm worked fine before (crashing quite frequently, though). I feel like this is a more substantial problem, that started when I updated MultiTerm to the new version. What can I do?
