Problem with export for Bilingual Review (and also other issue when generating target translation)

Question

1) 
 I'd like to export a translation for review. Original file format is DOCX with a 2 column table, left contains original text, right column empty for translation. 
 If I perform the export (from ribbon or batch context menu), the resulting WORD document contains only 4 lines: 
 
 Segment ID 
 Segment status 
 Source segment 
 Target segment 
 
 Do you have any idea? 
 
 2) 
 When generating the target translation, TRADOS does not export into a table, but into paragraphs. Where is the problem? 
 
 Version: Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.6329.7
