Hi,
I have recently come across a problem when trying to work in different files from the same project. Every time I open them I get the message: 'Dependency file not found'. I do not recall removing any files or any other action that may have caused this. What could I do to solve this problem?

If Steven's suggestion doesn't work, check if you have any programs (like CCleaner) deleting temporary files in the backround.
If so, set that program to not delete them.
