"The document cannot be processed since it contains unexpected contents."

Question

Hi, 
 
 I am trying to translate a .docx file but get the error message shown in the subject. Converting the file to a .doc format results in a different message: "The document is not bilingual since 'Tw4winMark' style is not defined." 
 The file contains equations, but nothing else unusual. 
 The file is not in revision mode etc. 
 Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Might be handy to know what version of Studio you are using? But on the tw4winmark style issue just check the option in your filetype settings to allow Word to process monolingual files containing that style.

 You'll need to do this under File->Options since you need to process the source after applying the change. But the option is on the filetypes here. Just check iot as shown and prepare the project again:

Can I confirm that you did this in File -> Options and not Project Settings? Also that you did this for the same filetype as you are using to open the file? And finally you did open the source file again from the beginning? 
 
Sorry to double check like this... not sure how familiar you are with studio.
