Hi Paul, I am having the same problem with this error message. I am using Trados 2017 and am right at the end of the translation process and need to save the files without quitting and losing work. Can you please help. I can send you the saved message as an attachment if this is possible in this format.

Studio 2017 - I was getting the infamous message when trying to Save the translatable files of a project. I did a Repair to no avail. Finally, I used Revo Uninstaller (freeware) to completely remove Studio and Multiterm Suite, reinstalled everything, and I'm now up and running. I recommend to use Revo, as uninstalling Studio from the Windows Control Panel doesn't usually work.
