Error: Expecting element "Nontranslatable Style MappingRule" ...

Question

Hi 
 Yesterday, two of the assigned translators received the error shown in the picture, when trying to save target as. I've searched the community and internet, but didn't find the solution. I don't have any problem with this project in my Trados Studio. In addition, when I received the return package, again, I didn't have any problem saving the target file. I've tested it in another computer, and nothing were wrong. 
 One of the translators has 2015 version, the other 2017 version.

Hi Alireza, This error occurs due to an incompatibility between Trados Studio versions. If the translators are using an older version of Trados Studio 2015 or 2017 this error will occur. First ask your translators to make sure they are using the latest versions as this will fix the problem. Trados Studio 2015: SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR3 (version 12.3.5281.10) Trados Studio 2017: SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 (version 14.1.6329.7) 
 Now, if for some reason they cannot upgrade, they can manually update their sdlproj files to the older version: 
 1. Have the translators open their .sdlproj file in a text editor with Trados Studio closed 
 2. Have them search for 
 http://schemas.datacontract.org/2004/07/Sdl.FileTypeSupport.Filters. MicrosoftOffice.Word.Common 
 and make sure they change all instances to 
 http://schemas.datacontract.org/2004/07/Sdl.FileTypeSupport.Filters. MicrosoftOffice.Core.Common

What version of Studio was the 2017 user working with? Was it the same as yours? Maybe there was a bug that was fixed in a later version of Studio? I don't really know what may have caused this but it's odd that you can work with the files ok. Sounds more like a local issue to their machines.
